The complete office build out included design build fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm systems, distributed data system, 24 hour manned security monitoring, metal stud framing and GWB, polished concrete flooring with custom graphics, Broadloom carpet and ceramic tile, paint, custom casework, and cloud ceilings to support approximately 175 workstations, 16 conference rooms, IT service desk and cable room. In addition the Architectural features included exposed spiral duct work, locker rooms with ceramic tile, full catering kitchen with two kitchenettes, reception, IT service desk and large gathering area with full VTC capabilities. The Mechanical system included relocated and new heat pumps to accommodate zoning and loading with custom acoustic enclosures for each unit.
