Marios

The tenant improvement involved expansion and renovations to Marios, a luxury retailer featuring the finest quality clothing brands. Located in Downtown Seattle in the historic 1920’s-era Decatur building, the space features ornate plaster elements and crown molding. Special care was taken to protect and restore historic elements to original condition. The work involved asbestos abatement, demolition and build out with new finishes (flooring, wall coverings, and casework), significant HVAC upgrades, and upgraded plumbing and lighting. As a result, the client is able to offer a wider range of brand offerings and merchandise in a more spacious environment.
