A 26,000 sf corporate tenant improvement on floors 69 and 70 in the Columbia Center. Scope included the complete demolition of the walls, ceilings and flooring on both floors, the removal/modification of the existing MEP systems, modifications to the fire sprinkler systems and the replacement of the existing mechanical systems including 22 heat pumps. Build back included new finishes.
