A 50,000 sf multi-phased renovation of two adjacent floors in the 4th & Madison tower in Downtown Seattle. The open floor plan required the build back of space with all new finishes, including demountable storefronts at offices, reclaimed wood accent walls, custom wood slat feature walls, and open to structure ceilings, and full MEP upgrades and revisions. The project included perforating the existing slab between floors to install a communication stair.
