Tenant improvement of Newmark’s Downtown Seattle office space. Scope included build-out of office spaces, state-of-the-art conference rooms, lounge areas, collaboration spaces, and a break room. Design included natural wood elements and steel materials to create a juxtaposition between the urban city views and Seattle’s natural environment.
