The project consisted of a 17,000 sf buildout on the 18th floor of a Seattle high rise and provided office space for the bank’s corporate employees and executives as well as creating a separate space for private banking. The project consisted of modern finishes including walnut-cased door openings and sidelite, wood paneling, wood casework, stone floor and wall tile as well as MEP upgrades.
