Seattle Bank had a bold vision to reimagine the banking experience, creating office spaces that inspire confidence and security while also feeling warm and inviting. The project consisted of a 17,000 sf build-out on the 18th floor of a Seattle high-rise and provided office space for the bank’s corporate employees and executives as well as creating a separate space for private banking. The project consisted of modern finishes including walnut-cased door openings and side-lites, wood paneling, wood casework, stone floor and wall tile, as well as MEP upgrades.
