Complete design-build delivery of an 8,000 sf employee café to improve food quality, variety, and atmosphere by adding cooking equipment to allow for scratch cooking, more stations, and restaurant-quality design. The project involved the design of architectural, kitchen, structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, and security components. Scope of the build out included concrete, steel, framing, drywall, ACT tile, food service equipment, casework, flooring, and wall treatments.
