3,500 sf, build-out of an existing cold shell for the 100-seat restaurant located in the Greenfire Campus, an eco-responsible development in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Employing a natural palette of finishes, the space features concrete stained floors, a 40-foot curved bar and stained fir siding. The work involved metal stud framing, installation of refrigeration and ventilation systems (Type 1 and 2 hoods), fire suppression system, restrooms, paint and finishes and kitchen equipment and fit-out, including 48 cores through a 17” thick post tension slab to accommodate kitchen equipment and restroom needs.
