New Leadership Team Will Position Company for Greater Success and Growth

George Schuchart, President, has offered partnership to Tyler Mjelde, Dan Rutkowski, Casey Schuchart, and Jeff Tobin. These elevations will propel Schuchart’s growth and help the company maintain its position as the region’s most trusted name in construction.

Tyler, Dan, Casey and Jeff join George Schuchart, Bob Gregorini, and Jennifer Rosado as partners in the company.
Casey Schuchart was also named Vice President of Strategy. In this new position, he will help guide Schuchart’s growth to ensure the company achieves its goals. Casey’s deep experience in all aspects of the construction industry positions him well to lead Schuchart’s strategic planning. As the former account executive for the company’s work with Microsoft, Casey expertly manages large teams to execute complex construction projects such as the Bullitt Center.
Tyler Mjelde has specialized in ground-up, mission critical, and tenant improvement projects including mixed-use buildings, high-tech data centers, working lab spaces, high-density call centers and corporate office buildings. As the division manager of the Building Division, Tyler successfully manages some of Schuchart’s most notable projects, including the Center for Wooden Boats – Wagner Education Center.
Dan Rutkowski is the Division Manager of the Industrial Division and Schuchart’s primary account executive for work with Boeing, overseeing hundreds of projects throughout the Puget Sound region. He brings a wide-breadth of experience and design expertise to the leadership team with experience in manufacturing facilities, hazardous material management facilities and deeply complex, large-scale projects.
Jeff Tobin has more than two decades of experience in the commercial construction industry. His experience ranges from hands-on work in the field to facilities management, business operations and construction management, with a wide range of project types. Today he heads the continued growth and development of the Tenant Improvement Division and Service Team.
