Schuchart provided complete pre-construction and construction for this two-floor, 44,000 sf office build-out on the penthouse floors of the Madison Centre building. The space included a custom 1,600 sf private roof deck and amenity build-out, a striking interconnecting stair feature, new MEPF and technology systems, glass storefronts, high-grade finishes, custom wood ceilings, and polished concrete floors. New restrooms, break areas, french kitchen, game room, speakeasy, executive lounge, and fully automated conference and meeting rooms further distinguish the sophisticated space.
