Full floor build-out consisting of demolition and rebuild of offices, upgrades to all MEPF systems & lighting, acoustic performance upgrades, and new finishes throughout. Features include a cafe, personal offices, small teaming rooms, AV compatible video conferencing rooms, large conference rooms, specialty service rooms, shower/locker rooms, and open-concept office & collaboration areas.
