A 22,000 sf tenant improvement in Madison Centre, a new high-rise building in Seattle’s downtown business core. With a focus on collaboration, the space houses 114 employees in a mix of open-concept workstations, private offices and shared offices. Conference rooms, teaming areas, phone rooms and a breakroom lounge complete the environment.
