SIZE: 11,000 sf
The 11,000 sf high-end tenant improvement in downtown Seattle embraces steel and glass elements, exposed structure, and sophisticated finishes. The space is organized around an informal lobby featuring a 40-foot-long “kinetic table.” The open-office workspace for 80 staff features collaboration areas, open and enclosed meeting spaces and a variety of support spaces including an all hands meeting area, lounges, critique/pin- up areas and production room.
