SCHEDULE: 20 weeks
SIZE: 6,500 sf
Just over 6,000 sf of a remarkable amenity space and fitness area with a captivating brick arch entrance, carefully crafted details, and custom elements that spark intrigue and engagement. The space contains comfortable workstations, a versatile bathroom, and a speakeasy-themed kitchen and bar. The scope includes new MEP systems, restrooms/showers, casework and millwork, wood flooring, polished concrete, rubber flooring and tile, as well as acoustical panels and several ceiling elements to minimize sound and vibrations from neighboring tenants.
